 Thank-you for your interest in my bar-b-q catering. My name is Sidney W. Lloyd my nick name is Butch that is where the name of my business and sauce came from. I have been in the bar-b-q catering business since 1981 and have always made my own sauce. The recipe that I now use was designed by method of trial and error at central Kansas trade shows. In 1984 when the general public began asking to buy it for their own use, the recipe was established and has been the same ever since. It is manufactured by Butch's Bar-B-Q in Ellsworth, Kansas so that the highest quality can be maintained for the customer.
